The enspire balance site is intended to be a tool to share tips, interesting articles and other relevant information to help readers in their efforts to begin living or maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

about the author:
Megan is a wife, stay-at-home mom, 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Alliance.  She has a passion for seeking balance in her own life through taking care of her mind, body, and spirit and a desire to share that with others to assist them in finding balance in their own lives.

Photo-3Megan took her first yoga class in high school following foot surgery that sidelined her from ballet and most other traditional sports.  After healing from the surgery, Megan got back into more intense forms of exercise and until she became involved with yoga several years later at the urging of a friend and favorite cycling instructor.  Megan’s love for yoga grew and she decided to turn that passion into something to share with others by training to become an instructor through Yoga Fit.  She believes yoga is for every BODY and is a great tool for (among countless other things) creating a balanced powerful body, practicing breath awareness and controlled breathing, looking within and examining the heart, opening up the body, finding freedom from obstacles (of the mind or body), and general cross training.

In addition to her yoga practice, Megan enjoys healthy cooking and loves to share recipes and culinary inspiration with others. She is passionate about thoughtful, balanced eating and teaching others how to bring that to their own lives.

Megan desires to live her life abundantly and hopes to “enspire” others to do the same.
